2. Service Cancellations

Monthly Services: You may cancel your monthly bookkeeping service with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

One-Time Services: If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once work has started, partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of work completed.
3. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources are final and non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased file, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
